AICP 13.0 Marshmallow for Moto G 2014 (titan)

Moto g 2AICP or Android Ice Cold Project is among  the best communities that makes custom ROM. There are number of custom ROMs available for Moto G 2014, but this one has been personally tested by me. Indian version of  Moto G 2014 hasn't received official Marshmallow update. But if you want to taste the sweetness of marshmallow, you can definitely try this custom ROM. It works flawlessly in Moto G 2014.

Here are some of the features of AICP 13 (titan):

  • Android 6.0.1 (Marshmallow)
  • No bloatwares
  • Customizable
  • OTA Updates

Before starting the flashing procedure, here are some points to be noted:
  • Proceed only if you know what is flashing and rooting.
  • You are doing this fully at your own risk
  • I am not responsible for damaged or bricked phone.
  • Your warranty is void.

Now, as you have decided to proceed further with the installation, here are the prerequisites:

When you are successfully done with the above points, let's begin with the procedure:

  • Take backup of your files
  • Copy the GAPPS and ROM file into your internal memory.
  • Reboot the device in recovery mode. (press vol down key + power button simultaneously, and select "recovery" from the list.)
  • From the recovery, choose "wipe". Go to "Advance" and check Cache, Dalvik and Data.
  • When wipe is completed, choose install option from the recovery.  Choose the ROM file (*.zip) and slide the bar to begin installation.
  • This may take a while. After installation is completed, follow the same procedure to flash GAPPS file.
  • Now the last step is to clear the dalvik cache.
  • Reboot the device.
